and Conditions of the SaunaGen™ Authorized Dealer Program
|

- Must
complete Dealer application and provide all requested information
- Must
have established retail location with showroom
- Must
have a Federal Tax ID number
- Must
have current retial licenses required by State, Country and
/or Local Governments
- Must
represent SaunaGen™ products accurately and truthfully
- Must
resolve all legitimate customer complaints to satisfaction of
customer and SaunaGen™
- Must
advertise SaunaGen™ products for no less than the MAP
established by SaunaGen™
- Must
submit payment in a timely manner and in accordance with the
terms of this agreement
- Minimum

- All
customer complaints will be the responsibility of the Dealer
of sale
- SaunaGen™
will provide Dealer with replacement parts at no charge during
the warranty period unless Dealer fails to return requested
defective parts to SaunaGen™ with requested defective
parts, Dealer will be billed for the parts and the shipping
- SaunaGen™
will provide whatever technical support to Dealer necessary
to resolve issues
- All
parts will be shipped standard delivery. Overnight or Rush/Priority
delivery will be charged to the Dealer and used only upon Dealer's
written request
- Any
installation of replacement parts will be the responsibilility
of the Dealer and /or customer
- Dealer
agrees to provide photographs of defects and/or shipping damage
upon request of SaunaGen™
